Absolutely terrible experience. I came in because one of my tires had a leak and wanted it inspected. The employee took the tire off, looked at it briefly, and put it back on within a few minutes. From what I observed, no leak-detection spray or soap solution was used, and the leak was never found or fixed. When I was asked to pay, I politely asked in Arabic why I was being charged since no repair had been performed and the issue remained unresolved. The moment I asked, the employee’s attitude completely changed. He immediately began yelling, cursing, and making disrespectful comments about my parents, who were not even there and had nothing to do with the situation. The important part is that I did not engage in the argument at all. As soon as I realized he was becoming aggressive, I turned around and walked back to my car. Instead of letting me leave, they initially blocked my exit and continued shouting insults and screaming while I was trying to leave the property. I never raised my voice, used foul language, or threatened anyone. I simply questioned a charge for a service that did not fix the problem. Tire Mart is the best, they did my brake pads for less than half of the price the other shop was quoting me, and everything was quick and easy. Called them 2 hours before they closed and they still got me in and took care of it

I've been going here for years. The only place I trust with my car. Everything from tire maintenance to emissions test to oil changes. They are always nice ,fast, and honest about their pricing.
